To file a warranty claim, reach out to us either through live chat or via email at [email protected], providing us with the necessary information such as:
- Your full first and last name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Surebonder order number. For items purchased through a retailer, please provide a photo of your receipt
- Product model
- Reason for filing the warranty claim
- Photo or video of the warranty issue
- Shipping address for the replacement product to be shipped to
Some important things to keep in mind before initiating a claim:
- To complete a claim, certain additional information may be necessary.
- A majority of claims can be resolved through troubleshooting. In such cases, it may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
- The Surebonder Warranty covers product defects and does not cover accidental damage from misuse of the product.
